Turkey’s HRC exports decrease by 27.3 percent in January-March

In March this year, Turkey's hot rolled coil (HRC) exports amounted to 126,450 metric tons, up 42.8 percent compared to February and decreasing by 15.7 percent year on year, according to the preliminary data provided by the Turkish Statistical Institute (TUIK). Meanwhile, the revenue generated by these exports totaled $94.1 million, decreasing by 29.1 percent compared to February and up 41.9 percent year on year. 

Meanwhile, in January-March period of this year, Turkey's HRCl exports amounted to 260,105 metric tons, down 27.3 percent compared to the January-March period of last year, while the revenue generated by these exports totaled $191.1 million, decreasing by 40.1 percent year on year.
