According to the data released by the Turkish Statistical Institute (TUIK), in October this year Turkey's monthly industrial turnover index decreased by 3.9 percent compared to the previous month, while the calendar adjusted index was up by 38.2 percent compared to October 2017.
In October this year, the industrial turnover index for the manufacture of basic metals in Turkey decreased by 8.5 percent month on month and rose by 50.9 percent year on year.
The industrial turnover index for fabricated metal product manufacturing in October this year fell by 2.1 percent month on month and increased by 35.6 percent year on year.
