Turkey lowers import duty on rebar to 10 percent

Turkey's Ministry of Economy has lowered the import duty for rebar to 10 percent from 30 percent, as announced in the Official Gazette on July 28.

The products for which the import duty has been lowered to 10 percent are classified under Harmonized Tariff Schedule subheadings 7214.20.00.00.11, 7214.20.00.00.12, 7214.20.00.00.13, 7214.20.00.00.14, 7214.20.00.00.15, 7214.20.00.00.16 and 7214.20.00.00.19.
