Trinecke Zelezarny renovates light section mill
The Czech Republic steel producer Trinecke Zelezarny (TZ) has initiated the renovation of its light section mill. The renovation is scheduled to complete at the end of the year. The renovation of the light section mill will be done by Polish construction company Mostostal Zabrze. Details of the renovation are not available yet. TZ reported its pre-tax profit as CZK 435 million (approx. $15.9 million) while its sales amounted to CZK 14.6 billion for the first eight months of 2003.
