Russia's largest oil and gas
pipe producer TMK has announced that at the annual general meeting of the company held in Moscow on June 22, shareholders approved the annual report and financial statements for the 2009 financial year, while the new members of the board of directors and the audit commission were also elected. Shareholders also voted against the payment of dividends for 2009.
