Timken hikes specialty steel prices

Timken Latrobe Steel, subsidiary of Timken Corporation, located in Canton, US has recently announced that it will increase prices of air melt stainless steel and re-melted aerospace alloy steel grades by 4% to be effective for new orders. Surcharge on raw materials will remain in effect. It is stated that, prices are increased due to energy costs.
