Tenaris to supply pipes for Fenris project in Norway

Luxembourg-based steel tube producer Tenaris has announced that it will supply pipes to Norwegian oil exploration and development company Aker BP and engineering company Subsea7 Norway for the Fenris gas reservoir project.

Approximately 7,000 tons of pipes, ranging from 10” to 17” outer diameter, will be produced with environmentally-friendly Dopeless® technology.

In addition, Tenaris will supply approximately 10,000 mt of 14”, 12” and 4” outer diameter anti-corrosion coated line pipes to the project.
