Swedish crude steel output up nine percent in Oct over Sept

According to the latest data released by the Swedish Steel Producers' Association (Jernkontoret), in October this year Swedish crude steel production amounted to 402,600 metric tons, increasing by 12.55 percent year on year and up 9.05 percent as compared to September.

In the first 10 months of 2013, Swedish crude steel production totaled 3.65 million mt, with a decrease of 0.58 percent compared to the same period of 2012.
