In December last year, Swedish crude steel production amounted to 395,800 metric tons, increasing by 17.2 percent year on year and up by 6.9 percent as compared to November, according to the latest data released by the Swedish Steel Producers' Association (Jernkontoret).
Meanwhile, in 2016 Swedish crude steel output increased to 4.62 million mt, up 5.6 percent year on year.
