Shuicheng Steel achieves record daily crude steel output

Guizhou Province-based Chinese steelmaker Shuicheng Iron and Steel Co. (Shuicheng Steel), a subsidiary of Shougang Group, has announced that on February 15 its steel melting plant No. 1 produced 4,513 mt of crude steel, while its steel melting plant No. 2 produced 11,149 mt of crude steel, totaling 15,662 mt. Both the output of the steel melting plant No. 2 and the total output constituted record daily outputs.
