SHFE to reduce transaction fee for rebar futures contract RB2401 as of Sept 7

As of September 7, the transaction fee for rebar futures contract RB2401 will be decreased from three ten-thousandths to one ten-thousandth, Shanghai Futures Exchange (SHFE) has announced.

The rebar futures contract RB2401 is the current main contract, while the move in question aims to stimulate transaction activities. RB2310 is the contract with the second largest transaction volumes. The transaction fee for RB2310 is one ten-thousandth.
