In the first half of the current year, Shaanxi Province-based Chinese steelmaker Shaanxi Steel Group Hanzhong Iron and Steel Co. Ltd, a subsidiary of Shaanxi Province-based Chinese steelmaker Shaanxi Iron and Steel Group, produced 1.3678 million mt of semi-finished steel,, 1.3059 million mt of pig iron and 1.194 million mt of finished steel, respectively equivalent to 50.66 percent, 50.81 percent and 67.08 percent of the annual targets for the current year, as reported by Shaanxi Daily.
