SGIS sees 25.38 percent rise in operating revenue in 2016

Guangdong Province-based Chinese steelmaker Shaoguan Iron and Steel Co., Ltd (SGIS) has announced in its annual report that in 2016 it registered an operating revenue of RMB 13.973 billion ($2.03 billion), up 25.38 percent year on year, with a net profit of RMB 101 million ($14.68 million), compared to the net loss of RMB 2.596 billion it recorded in 2015.
