Severstal increases steel supplies to household appliance producers

Russian steelmaker Severstal has stated that it will supply 60,000 mt of steel to producers of household appliances and packaging under already signed contracts and 19,500 mt within contracts to be closed by the third quarter this year.

Thus, Severstal has broadened the practice of closure of long-term agreements with enterprises in this economic sector. The volume of the half-year agreements closed with producers of household appliances and packaging in 2013 was 38,000 mt.
