Russia’s ferrous product exports decline in January-May

According to the data for the first five months of the current year from the Federal Customs Service, Russia's ferrous product exports decreased by 16 percent year on year to 13.950 million mt, worth a total of $8.538 billion.


Meanwhile, in the given period Russia registered a 8.1 percent increase year on year in its ferrous product imports to 2.075 million mt, worth $2.244 billion, including 844,100 mt of steel pipes.
