Russian scrap exports by rail rise slightly in January-June

In June of the current year, Russia exported 159,200 mt of scrap by railway, up 1.7 percent compared to June 2010, but down 22.3 percent compared to May this year.


In the January-June period of the current year, Russian exports of scrap by railway increased by 3.4 percent year on year to 835,800 mt, including 746,000 mt to Belarus.
