South Korean steel giant POSCO's China division POSCO-China has started a benchmarking program aiming to expand mutual exchanges among POSCO family companies in China. Brought together in groups of four, all POSCO-China employees across the country are to take part in overnight sessions within the scope of the program.

This benchmark program is expected to help all the 38 POSCO affiliates in China enhance mutual understanding through exchanges, and to help boost the sense of companionship of some 5,000 employees of these firms as part of the entire POSCO family.
