Peru’s Aceros Arequipa sells two sites to Red Megacentro, Lindcorp

Peruvian steelmaker Aceros Arequipa reportedly sold two undisclosed sites to RedMegacentro in Chile and Lindcorp in Peru, according to a media report LeadersLeague.

The media report said the two sites were valued at a combined $16.5 million. It remained unclear, however which assets would those be.

Aceros Arequipa was advised by lawyer Francisco Alayza.

Dentons provided legal counsel for Red Megacentro and Lindcorp, with a team led by partner Manuel Barrios, and senior associate Evelyn del Águila Mori, according to the media report.

The International Bank of Peru, Interbank, reportedly provided $10 million financing for the two companies to complete the asset acquisition.
