Pangang Group’s iron ore concentrate output up 17.5% in Jan-Oct

On November 6, Sichuan Province-based Chinese state-owned steel producer Panzhihua Iron and Steel (Pangang Group) announced that in the first 10 months of this year its output of iron ore concentrate amounted to 10.141 million mt, up 17.5 percent year on year and close to the total output recorded for the whole of last year.

According to a previous SteelOrbis report, as of August 28 this year Pangang Group's average monthly supplies in the current year of hot dip galvalume for application in medium-high voltage electrical control cabinets exceeded 10,000 mt, with Pangang thus being the biggest supplier of the products in question in China.
