Pakistan's iron and steel
scrap imports amounted to 231,515 mt in December 2014, increasing 31.5 percent compared to November and up 51.6 percent year on year, according to the data released by the
Pakistan Federal Bureau of Statistics (PFBS). The value of these imports in December was $91.8 million, rising by 20.7 percent month on month and up 63.5 year on year.
