Ouyeel inks deal with Zhejiang Materials Industry International

Ouyeel, Baosteel’s e-commerce platform, has inked a strategic agreement with Zhejiang Province-based company Zhejiang Materials Industry International, as announced by Baosteel Group.

Accordingly, the two sides will establish a partnership in areas including e-commerce platforms, logistics and finance. In particular, both parties will share existing warehouse resources and jointly establish a warehousing management information system while maintaining their own respective brands and management rights.

Zhejiang Materials Industry International Co., Ltd. was founded in 1999 with a registered capital of RMB 483 million. It specializes in steel, iron ore and automobiles, and is involved in many business areas including engineering projects, electromechanical equipment, automotive parts and components, energy and oil products, among others.
