Outokumpu to issue €250 million domestic bond

On June 17, Finnish stainless steelmaker Outokumpu announced that it will issue a €250 million five-year domestic bond with an annual coupon of 5.125 percent.

The company said that an application will be made to have the bond listed on the NASDAQ OMX Helsinki.

The bond improves the structure of Outokumpu's debt portfolio and the funds will be used for general corporate purposes.
 
Pohjola Bank and Sampo Bank acted as joint book-runners for the transaction.
