Russia's Nizhniy Tagil Steel Works (NTMK), a subsidiary of Russian mining and steel producing company Evraz Group, is experiencing difficulties with rail orders, according to Alexey Kushnarev, managing director of NTMK, and so, accordingly, "in the best scenario, the company will be able to produce 200,000 mt of rails in 2015".

Mr. Kushnarev also said that consumption of NTMK's railway wheels has decreased. The company produced 178,000 mt of wheels in 2013, 125,000 mt in 2014 and only 15,000 mt in the first quarter of 2015.
