Northern GOK increases iron ore concentrate output in 2011

In 2011, the iron ore concentrate output of Northern GOK, a subsidiary of the Ukraine's largest vertically-integrated mining and steel group Metinvest, increased by 1.3 percent compared to 2010 to 14.404 million mt, while its iron ore pellet output went up by 4.2 percent year on year to 10.316 million mt. In December alone, Northern GOK produced 1.010 million mt of pellets and 1.210 million mt of iron ore concentrate.
