NLMK’s automotive sheet meets international standards

Russian steelmaker NLMK Group has announced that it has successfully passed a recertification audit confirming compliance of its automotive sheet with international standards.

The British Standards Institution (BSI) certificate, valid for three years, covers the production of slabs, hot rolled and cold rolled flats of carbon and low-alloy steels in coils and sheets, including galvanized products for the automotive industry, and the development of new products.

NLMK supplies hot rolled pickled, cold rolled and galvanized flat steel to automotive industry companies for the manufacture of car body parts, including front parts that require steel of the highest quality, as well as wheels, etc.
