NLMK Kaluga continues to expand product portfolio

NLMK Kaluga, a subsidiary of Russian steelmaker NLMK Group and producer of long steel products for construction, has announced that it has continued to expand its product portfolio to meet demand from the construction sector for high-quality steel by producing new sizes of angles and rebar.
 
The company stated that, due to increased production efficiency and a wide range of products, its share of demand in the long products segment in the Central region of Russia has reached 33 percent, surpassing imports by offering high-quality steel products and favorable logistics.
 
In the January-October period of the current year, NLMK Kaluga’s overall rolled product shipments reached 655,000 mt.
