New orders in German construction up one percent in Jan from Dec

In January this year, the total price-adjusted value of new orders in the overall German construction industry increased by one percent month on month and rose by 12.6 compared to January 2015, as reported by the German Federal Statistical Office (Destatis).
 
In January of the current year, the total turnover in the overall German construction industry fell by 1.5 percent year on year and decreased by 57.3 percent month on month.
