China's Ministry of Industry and Information Technology (MIIT) has announced that the aggregate net profit recorded by the Chinese
construction material sector in the January-September period of the current year reached RMB 188.4 billion (RMB 30.67 billion), up 62 percent year on year.
The
construction material sector in western
China saw a 26 percent year-on-year increase in its aggregate net profit in January-September, while the net profits in the provinces of Yunnan, Shanxi, and Gansu and in Ningxia Hui Autonomous Region saw decreases in excess of 10 percent.
