NBS: New house prices in Chinese cities mostly stable in December

In December last year, of major Chinese cities surveyed, new house prices in China’s first-tier cities and second-tier cities were respectively unchanged and rose by 0.2 percent on month-on-month basis, with these growth rates unchanged and down 0.2 percentage points, respectively, compared to the month-on-month growth rates recorded in November, as announced by China's National Bureau of Statistics (NBS).
