Moldavian Steel Works to keep shipments stable in August

Moldavian Metallurgical Works (MMZ), a steelmaker based in the Transnistrian region of Moldova, has announced that it plans to maintain shipments of steel products at the level of 26,000 mt in the current month of August, including 20,000 mt of rebar and 5,000 mt of wire rod.

In July, MMZ shipped 26,000 mt of steel products, down 43 percent month on month, including 16,000 mt of rebar and 10,000 mt of wire rod.
