Metal One establishes stainless steel sales firm

According to recent news in the market, Japanese steel maker Metal One Corporation established subsidiary of stainless steel sales firm in Hong Kong in April, after it purchased stainless steel sales firm from Hanwa Kozai. The cost of projects reached Yen 2 billion ($17.7 million). Under the agreement signed between Metal One and Hanwa in October 2002, Metal One purchased Hanwa's five stainless processing and sales firms in Hong Kong, Malaysia, Singapore, Shenzhen of China and Thailand. Moreover, the company plans to build stainless steel coil center in Shanghai, China.
