Marmon/Keystone suffers tornado damage to Birmingham facility

Butler, Pennsylvania-based pipe and tube distributor Marmon/Keystone announced Monday that its Birmingham, Alabama branch was damaged due to severe weather that struck the Southeast early Monday morning. No casualties or injuries occurred, according to a press release from the company.

Marmon/Keystone said that plans are being made to restore the Birmingham facility and the branch is expected to be operational from remote locations by Tuesday morning.

Tornados ripped through the Southeast and Midwest over the weekend and tornado warnings remain in effect in Alabama.
