Margaroza Commercial and Victorex sell stakes in Dneprospetsstal

Ukrainian metallurgical company Dneprospetsstal (DSS) has stated that Cyprus-based Margaroza Commercial Ltd and Victorex Ltd have shed their holdings in DSS.

According to its filing with Ukraine’s securities and stock market commission, Margaroza has sold its 11.01 percent interest in the entity, while Victorex has disposed of a 16.52 percent stake in Dneprospetsstal. The stakes were bought by another two Cypriot companies, Bundrico Ltd and Gazaro Ltd, with Gazaro purchasing 16.52 percent and Bundrico buying 11.01 percent.
