Malaysia imposes provisional AD duty on color coated coils

The Malaysian government has announced that it has imposed a provisional antidumping (AD) duty on prepainted and color coated steel coil imports from China and Vietnam.

The government has found that the abovementioned imports caused a material injury in the domestic industry.

The provisional antidumping duties stand at 52.10 percent for China and 5.68-16.45 percent for Vietnam.

The products in question currently fall under the Customs Tariff Statistics Position Numbers, 7210.70.210,7210.70.290 and 7210.70.900.
