MAIR to build a new mill in Ukraine

The head of the Russian scrap processing group MAIR Victor Makushin has confirmed his company's intention to build a new mini-mill in Ukraine.

The new mini-mill will be stationed at the premises of MAIR's Ukrainian scrap processing subsidiary.
