LNM purchases a further 5% share in Ispat Nova Hut

According to the recent industry news, LNM Holding has acquired another 5% stake in Czech steel maker Ispat Nova Hut (INH). In fact, LNM Holding already owns the majority of INH. For each share, LNM will pay CZK 285 ($10.6), totaling CZK 163.4 million ($6.1 million). LNM Holding has materialized this purchase through a broker in public tender. LNM Group took over 52.25% of the shares of INH from Natinal Property Fund (FNM) for $6 million earlier this year.
