Lianyuan Steel eyes special steel sales of 95,000 mt per month in H2

Hunan Province-based Chinese steelmaker Lianyuan Iron and Steel, a subsidiary of Hunan Valin Iron and Steel Group, has announced that it is targeting special steel sales of over 95,000 mt per month in the second half of the current year, as it seeks to achieve a net profit of over RMB 20 million ($3.16 million) each month.
 
Lianyuan Steel stated that in the first half of the current year its total net profit from special steel sales amounted to RMB 49.03 million ($7.76 million).
