Laiyang Steel increases its focus on CR steel exports

Shandong Province-based Chinese steel producer Laiyang Iron and Steel (Laiyang Steel), a subsidiary of Shandong Steel Group, has stated that in the first five months this year it exported 25,000 mt of cold rolled steel products, increasing its presence in the international market. In May alone, Laiyang Steel exported a total of 15,525 mt of cold rolled steel products.
 
In the January-May period, Laiyang Steel secured 17 export orders for over 20 different grades of cold rolled steel products from countries including South Korea, Saudi Arabia, Chile, Columbia, Peru and Mexico.
