Kremikovtzi buys Lemind FPL

Major Bulgarian metallurgical company Kremikovtzi won the public auction for Lemind FPL, a Serbian plasticized sheet metal factory based in Leskovac. Kremikovtzi paid around $1.8 million for the factory, making it the first foreign acquisition for Kremikovtzi. Thanks to the takeover, Kremikovtzi envisions an increase in annual plasticized sheet metal production to 72'000 tons. Kremikovtzi sells most of its plasticized sheet and steel production to Turkey.
