Kremikovtzi buys Lemind FPL
Major Bulgarian metallurgical company Kremikovtzi won the public auction for Lemind FPL, a Serbian plasticized sheet metal factory based in Leskovac.
Kremikovtzi paid around $1.8 million for the factory, making it the first foreign acquisition for Kremikovtzi.
Thanks to the takeover, Kremikovtzi envisions an increase in annual plasticized sheet metal
production to 72'000 tons.
