Kingland Pipeline to expand output capacity of spiral welded pipe project

On July 31, Zhejiang Province-based Chinese pipe producer Zhejiang Kingland Pipeline and Technologies Co. Ltd (Kingland Pipeline) announced that it will expand and upgrade its 120,000 mt capacity spiral welded pipe project to an annual output capacity of 200,000 mt.

For the project, the company will use plant equipment from Germany to construct production lines for X80-X100 grade welded pipes in a diameter range of 508-1,626 mm and in a thickness range of 6.0-25.4 mm.

Investment in the project will reach RMB 592.52 million, while commissioning is expected to take place within 15 months.
