Kazakhstan’s steel output keeps on falling

Kazakh State Statistics Office disclosed that the country's crude steel output fell 22.3 percent year on year to 283,490 metric tons in January. Production of flat rolled steel products dropped 31.5 percent year on year to 216,660 metric tons during the same period. On the other hand, ferroalloy production rose 6 percent year on year to 138,225 metric tons.
