Kazakhstan's crude steel output up 14 percent in 2014

In 2014, Kazakhstan produced 3.993 million mt of crude steel, up 14 percent year on year, according to the State Statistics Committee of Kazakhstan.

Production of flat steel in Kazakhstan last year increased by 11.4 percent year on year to 2.537 million mt.

Last year, Kazakhstan saw its ferroalloy production rise by 0.5 percent year on year to 1.715 million mt.
