John Cockerill India back in the black in Q1 FY 2023-24

Steel equipment and cold rolling mill supplier and steel service provider John Cockerill India Limited has reported a net profit of INR 43.36 million ($0.50 million) in the first quarter (April-June) of the fiscal year 2023-24, against a net loss of INR 53.45 million ($0.65 million) in the corresponding quarter of the previous fiscal year, according to a regulatory filing on Wednesday, July 26.

The company achieved total sales income of INR 2218.44 million ($27.12 million) during the quarter, up 434 percent over the corresponding quarter of the previous fiscal year.
