Izmir Iron and Steel obtains certification for B450C construction iron

Izmir-based Turkish steelmaker Izmir Iron and Steel Co. has obtained the necessary certification allowing it to produce B450C construction iron made to new Italian construction iron standards.

In May this year the company also became the first Turkish company to obtain certification for "sustainable construction iron" from UK Cares, the UK-based quality certification institution for the construction sector.
