ITC institutes sunset review for GO silicon steel from Japan and Italy
The US International Trade Commission (ITC) released a notice that it instituted five-year reviews (sunset reviews) concerning the countervailing duty order on grain-oriented silicon electrical steel from
Italy and the antidumping duty orders on the same product from
Italy and
Japan.
The ITC will use the sunset reviews to determine whether the revocation of these orders would be likely to lead to continuation or recurrence of material injury to US domestic industry.
Interested parties are requested to submit their comments on the ITC's decision by March 23, 2006.
