ITC decision on AD orders on forged SS flanges from India and Taiwan

The US International Trade Commission (ITC) yesterday determined that revocation of the existing antidumping duty orders on forged stainless steel flanges imported from India and Taiwan would likely lead to continuation or recurrence of material injury to the US market. As a result of both the ITC's decision and the Department of Commerce's affirmative findings, the existing orders on imports of forged stainless steel flanges from India and Taiwan will remain in effect.
