Iran Alloy Steel’s finished steel output rises by 28 percent

Iranian steelmaker Iran Alloy Steel produced 87,360 mt of semi-finished steel (bloom) in the first four months of the current Iranian year (started March 21), which represents an increase of six percent compared to 82,490 mt in the same period of the last Iranian year, according to the newly published data from the Iranian Mines and Mining Industries Development and Renovation Organization (IMIDRO).

In addition, Iran Alloy Steel produced about 88,000 mt of finished products (steel bars) in the first four months of the current Iranian year, up 28 percent year on year according to the same source.
