Indonesia announces implementation of safeguards
Implementation of safeguard measures for steel imports have been introduced by the Indonesian authorities on October 23, 2002. According to the new regulations, products of hot rolled coil, hot rolled
plate and cold rolled coil will be subject to tariffs of 20%-25%.
