India’s JSW Steel sees 13% rise in overall crude steel output in Q2 FY 2023-24

India’s JSW Steel Limited has reported a consolidated crude steel production of 6.41 million mt in the second quarter (July-September) of the fiscal year 2023-24, up 13 percent over the corresponding quarter of the previous fiscal year, a company statement said on Tuesday, October 10.

The company said that consolidated crude steel production during the first half (April-September) of the fiscal year 2023-24 was recorded at 12.76 million mt, up 11.43 percent year on year.
