India’s JSW Steel sees 11% rise in consolidated crude steel output in Q1 FY 2023-24

India’s JSW Steel Limited achieved consolidated crude steel production of 6.43 million mt during the first quarter (April-June) of the fiscal 2023-24, up 11 percent year on year, a company statement said on Thursday, July 6.

The company said that production from its Indian operations was recorded at 6.19 million mt during the quarter, a growth of 10 percent, while JSW Steel US-Ohio reported an output of 0.24 million mt.
